Join LabCentral and Pandion Therapeutics as we host OUTBio.

OUTBio is a group of Boston-area LGBTQ+ professionals in the biotech/pharma space that meets monthly to engage, network, and discuss issues related to their community, socially and professionally. While it started a few years ago as a small but safe space to gather/network, the group has transformed into a network of several hundred individuals! Companies take turns to host events, where they can discuss diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruit top talent within the LGBTQ+ space, and also to provide educational opportunities to stay informed and up to date with issues impacting them.
